'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0xd0

Hello,

I am using obnam for some months now under archlinux.
Yesterday when I tried to make another snapshot I got a traceback so I
upgraded from 1.6.2 to 1.7.2, but I still get the error.

Currently I have obnam 1.7.2 installed, before that it should have been
1.6.2, the version of larch (1.20131130-1) did not change. Got the
software via the "Arch User Repository".

I get the error by using "obnam backup", "obnam force-lock" and "obnam
generations", since obnam does not remove the lock, "obnam backup" stops
with "Couldn't create lock" but if I remove the lockfile manualy I can
get the traceback again.

I attached a obnam.log created with "obnam force-lock --log=obnam.log
--trace=obnamlib --log-level=debug".

I tried to folow http://liw.fi/obnam/bug-reporting/ and I hope I that
you got all information you need to understand the problem.

downgrade python2-paramiko to 1.12.2-1. Version 1.13.1 causes this

downgrading helped, thank you.

Is this behaviour already know to the developer of paramiko?
Could it be this bug --> https://github.com/paramiko/paramiko/issues/285 ?
